08.00am - Registration + Certificate Verification
09.00am to 10.00am - Theory Examination
11.00am - Board Interview
7.00pm - Publication for final rank list

Documents needed for registration
1. Passport size photographs – 2 Nos
2. Original MBBS Certificate/Provisional certificate(including year wise mark lists)
3. Original MCI Registartion certificate
4. Original certificates of post graduate qualification if applicable
5. Valid ID Proof(passport/ DL /Aadhar Card /Pan Card)
6. Experience certificates arrange in chronological order
7. Original certificates of life support courses attended if applicable(BLS, ACLS, PALS, ITLS, ATLS and structured workshops) (Valid Only)
8. Certificates of CME's attended(Regional, National, International)
9. Evidence of research workdone and publications if applicable.(regional/national / International)

Please make sure that you bring all the above mentioned certificates as the overall grading will take into account all the above factors.

How to reach Calicut MIMS
MIMS – Located  in the Centre of Calicut and well connected with Calicut International Air port and Railway Station.  We suggest candidates arrive one day prior to interview so that they settle in and can report on time.

Instructions for theory examinations.

• Registration and document verification counters close by 09.00am.  Candidates will not be permitted to enter interview premises after 09.00am.Hence reach early and have your documents arranged in the order mentioned above.
  
• Written Examination commences at 09.00am.  Please adhere to the schedule to avoid delays.
  
• After written exam, Interview will commence at 11am.  All candidates have the  priviliage to attend the interview. Order of interview will be on a pre-alloted sequence, not based on written interview score.
  
• Interview will go up to 7.00pm so candidates please plan their return  accordingly.  Result will be announced on the same day through website (www.emergencymedicinemims.com).
  
• Candidates are requested to bring their original certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates etc.
  
• The exam will comprise of 50 single response questions.(MCQ's)
  
• There will be no negative markings.
  
• Questions will be based on preclinical,paraclinical and clinical subjects relevant to emergency medicine only.
  
• Answer sheets, Pencil, sharpner, refreshments will be provided in the exam hall
  
• No electronic devices of anykind are allowed inside the examination hall and interview premises.  Provision will be made to deposit personal belongings at the registration counter.  After the interview you will be handed over the belongings.
  
• Please note that the exam is part of screening process.  The marks obtained will be considered in conjunction with your pre interview score and performance in interview.
  
• Registration fee of Rs.1500/- should be remitted at registration counter (If not yet paid)
  
• Accompanying persons may wait at the main lobby during examination and interview.
  
• Selected candidates can remit the first year course fee on or before till April 15th 2016.
